There is no better way to enjoy Exmoor’s stunning coastline than from the water. Feast your eyes on the dramatic rockscape, catch a glimpse of our friendly wildlife going about their business and soak up some deliciously Exmoorish sea air. Our safari tours are full of nature, history and are perfect for all ages. Whether it’s a short, beautiful blast from Lynmouth to Lee Bay, or a longer adventure towards Porlock Weir on the northern edge of Exmoor, we have an exhilarating safari tour for you.
We’ll take you to sea on our Severn Searcher 10 meter, twin engine, humber offshore RIB – she’s speedy! We can’t wait to introduce you to our local sealife and watch you catch your breath at Exmoor’s gorgeous coastline.

Sanctuary
We’ll cruise out to the west of Lynmouth, past the Valley of Rocks and several beautiful bays to find the “Seabird Sanctuary”. Towering rock faces filled with nesting Guillemots, Razorbills, Kittiwakes and Fulmars (in season) – it’s spectacular! We’ll stop the RIB along the way so you can soak up the dramatic sea caves and stunning waterfalls, heading out towards High Veer Point where you might catch a glimpse of the playful seals if you’re lucky!

Lee Bay Or
Lighthouse
We’ll head out west towards Lee Bay, skirting the looming cliffs of the Valley of Rocks, Yellow Stone as well as the sea caves where the sea birds nest. Passing by Silvery Sands and Ninnywell Cove, we’ll stop at the Gun Chamber Caves – listen carefully and might hear where they got their name!

Porlock Weir
& time ashore
Cruising east along the hidden Edge of Exmoor, we’ll head past the Foreland Lighthouse and far too many beauty spots to mention! We’ll pause for a little shore time in the enchanting little harbour of Porlock Weir before heading back to Lynmouth via the Gun Chamber Caves (listen carefully as we linger, you may hear why they’re called that)!
